In pursuit of getting stronger for next years racing season I’ve indulged into the world of CrossFit once again. Tonight was a stark reminder of how hard CrossFit can be, but more importantly how humbling it is.

Tonight’s workout may seem easy on paper….but my upper body tells a different story.

Practice: Scapular Contraction Push & Pull & Hip Opening – 20 mins

Conditioning:
AMR in 15 minutes of:

10 Push-Ups Squeeky standard
15 Wall Ball
20 Kettlebell Swings
